• Early Check in: if you request your room between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., it will remain subject to canceling 50% of the value of one night (subject to availability).

• A maximum of 2 adults and one child up to 14 years old are allowed per room and at no additional charge (except for promotions). From 2 children should be considered connecting rooms (family). Antay Hotel & Spa Arica does not have additional beds. The charge per additional child is USD 45 and per adult USD 60.
• The No Show policy or cancellations after the allowed dates (cancellation 48 hours in advance and modification 24 hours in advance) will be automatically charged to the credit card registered at the time of booking.
• All guests must sign the registration card at check-in.
• The hours established by the hotel: check in: 15:00 pm. - check out: 12:00
• The early check in policy is available from 08:00 am and the late check out until 18:00 pm. They have considered the value of half of the rate established in your reservation and are subject to the availability of the day.
• In case of an Early Departure, the reserved nights will be charged. In case the guest leaves after the check out time (12:00 pm) an additional night will be considered.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiration date. At the time of check-in we will apply a withholding for the total accommodation plus 40% for extras (consumption at Restaurant Alborada, Wellness Center, Casino Luckia, Fines, Frigobar, Room damage, etc.).
• Use of bathrobes is available exclusively for adults in the Wellness Center area.
• Use of heated pools.
  - Children under 4 years of age must make exclusive use of the children's pool. The use of pool diapers is requested. - Children over 4 years of age can use the heated adult pool.
• It is not allowed to hang clothes on the terraces (balconies) of the rooms.
• It is not allowed to take food from the restaurants (buffet breakfast*, lunch or dinner).
• Pets are not allowed.
• You cannot take towels or robes outside the hotel.
• Taking the towels or robes at the time of check out, charges will apply additional 100 USD.
• It is not allowed to take food prepared for breakfast out of the restaurant.
• The hotel may apply additional charges of USD 100 in case of committing the following infractions:
  a) Entry of people not registered in the reserved room.
  b) Damage or destruction in the room (this may vary, in case the damage exceeds $100 USD).
  c) Smoking in non-enabled rooms and hotel dependencies.
  d) The use of body oils, sunscreen, creams and foams in the pools, saunas and jacuzzis of the suites.
  e) To control towels in the Wellness Center, a card will be given at check-in, which must be returned at check-out, otherwise a penalty of $20 USD will be charged.
  f) Hold parties or use loud music devices in rooms.
• Access to the Casino respecting capacity and validating entry at the ticket office.
• The hotel may notify local authorities in the event of crimes or infractions typified by current legislation.

The spa and pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., daily.
It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will be deducted from the total service time. The maximum wait time is 10 minutes.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are free of charge.
• In the event of a no-show without prior justification, 100% of the amount paid will be charged.

• All products used in massages and treatments have a current health clearance.
• Access to the Spa for children under 10 years of age is only permitted when accompanied by an adult.
• Mutual respect is encouraged. Harassment, intimidation, and violence are not tolerated.
• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served.
• Food and glass containers are prohibited from entering the spa areas.
