Lodging Policy

    • All guests must present identification at check-in. a) Nationals: valid ID card, driver's license or passport. b) Foreigners: valid passport and copy of entry card to the country (PDI). c) Minors must present the identity card of the minor and that of one of the two parents or a birth certificate that proves paternity. In case the minor does not come with the parents, he/she must have a notarized permit of the custody of the minor.
    • A maximum of 2 adults and one child up to 12 years old are allowed per room and without additional charge (except for promotions). From 3 children onwards, 2 rooms must be considered. Antay Hotel & Spa does not have extra beds. The charge for an additional child is 30 USD and for an adult 50 USD.
    • The No Show policy or cancellations after the permitted dates (cancellation 72 hours in advance prior to check in and modification 48 hours in advance prior to check in) will have a penalty corresponding to one night's accommodation. These will be automatically charged to the credit card registered at the time of booking.
    • Up to 3 date modifications may be made (complying with the reservation modification deadlines). If the 3rd modification is not made, a fee will be charged. all nights.
    • All guests must sign the registration card at check in.
    • The hours established by the hotel: check in: 3:00 pm. - check out: 12:00 am.
    • The early check in policy is available from 7:00 am and late check out until 6:00 pm. They are considered to be half the rate established in your reservation and are subject to availability on the day.
    • In case of an Early Departure, all reserved nights will be charged. If the guest leaves after the check out time (12:00 pm) it will be considered a late check out. If it is later than 18:00 hrs.
    • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiration date. At check-in we will apply a retention for the total amount of the accommodation plus 40% for extras (consumptions at Restaurant Alborada, Wellness Center, Casino Luckia, fines, minibar, damages in the room, etc.). The guarantee is validated at check-out according to the client's charges.
    • Visitors may only be received in “Suite” rooms. Up to 5 people may enter at a time.
    • The use and request of cribs in rooms will be exclusively for children from 0 to 3 years old. Use of bathrobes is available for adults only in the Wellness Center area.
    • Use of heated pools. o Children under 4 years old must use the children's pool exclusively. Use of pool diapers is requested. o Children over 4 years old can use the heated adult pool, always in the company of their parents.
    • To control towels in the Wellness Center, a card will be given at check-in, which must be returned at check-out, otherwise a penalty of 20 USD will be charged.
    • The hotel may apply additional charges of 100 USD in case of the following violations: a) Entry of unregistered persons in the reserved room. b) Hanging clothes on the terraces (balconies) of the rooms. c) Removing food from the restaurants without authorization (buffet breakfast*, lunch or dinner). d) Taking towels or bathrobes out of the hotel. e) Taking towels or bathrobes at check-out. f) Bringing pets. g) Damage or destruction to the room (this may vary if the damage exceeds 100 USD). h) Smoking in the rooms and unauthorized hotel facilities. i) The use of body oils, sunscreen, creams and foams in the pools, saunas and jacuzzis of the suites. j) Holding parties or using loud music devices in rooms.
    • Access to the Casino respecting capacity and validating entry at the ticket office with an identity document (Chileans with an identity card and foreigners with a passport).
    • In the event of any act that threatens the physical and/or psychological integrity of another person, whether a guest or staff member of the complex, the eviction of the room will be requested.
    • The hotel may notify local authorities in the event of crimes or infractions classified in current legislation.
