Lodging Policy

Dear guest,

  • All guests must present identification at check-in.
    1. Nationals: National identity card, driver's license, or valid passport.
    2. Foreigners: Valid passport and a copy of their entry card (PDI).
    3. Minors must present their own identity card and that of one of their parents, or a birth certificate proving parentage. If the minor is not traveling with their parents, they must have a notarized guardianship document.
  • A maximum of 2 adults and one child up to 4 years old are allowed per room at no extra charge (except for promotions). For 3 or more children, 2 rooms must be considered. Antay Hotel & Spa does not have extra beds. The charge per additional child is USD 30 and per adult is USD 50.
  • No-shows or cancellations after the permitted dates (cancellation 72 hours prior to check-in and modification 48 hours prior to check-in) will incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation. 
  • These charges will be automatically applied to the credit card registered at the time of booking. 
  •  Up to 3 date changes are allowed (subject to booking modification deadlines). If the 3rd change is not made, the full cost of the nights will be charged. All guests must sign the registration card upon arrival. 
  •  Hotel hours: Check-in: 3:00 PM - Check-out: 12:00 AM Early check-in is available from 7:00 AM and late check-out is available until 6:00 PM. 
  • Prices may vary from your reservation and are subject to availability. In case of early departure, all reserved nights will be charged. 
  • If the guest departs after the check-out time (12:00 pm), it will be considered a late check-out. If the check-out occurs after 6:00 pm, an additional night will be charged. 
  •  All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiration date. 
  • At check-in, we will apply a deposit for the total cost of the accommodation plus 40% for extras (consumption at Restaurant Alborada, Wellness Center, Luckia Casino, fines, minibar, room damage, etc.). 
  • The deposit is validated at check-out according to the client's charges.
  • Visitors are only allowed in "Suite" rooms. Up to 5 people may enter at a time. They must always register at reception.
  • The use and request of cribs in rooms is exclusively for children aged 0 to 3 years.
  • Bathrobes are available for adults in the Wellness Center area only.
  • For your safety, the use of sandals is mandatory in the Wellness Center area.
  • Use of the heated pool.
  • Children under 4 years old must use the children's pool exclusively. Swim diapers are required.
  • Children over 4 years old may use the heated adult pool, always accompanied by their parents.
  • For towel control in the Wellness Center, a towel will be provided. A card will be issued at check-in, which must be returned at check-out; otherwise, an additional charge of $20 USD will be applied.
  • The hotel may apply additional charges of $100 USD for the following infractions:
    1. Entry of unregistered persons into the reserved room.
    2. Hanging clothes on the terraces (balconies) of the rooms.
    3. Removing food from the restaurants without authorization (breakfast buffet*, lunch, or dinner).
    4. Taking towels or bathrobes out of the hotel.
    5. Taking the Towels or bathrobes must be returned upon check-out.
    6. Pets are not allowed.
    7. Damage or destruction in the room (in this case, the charge may vary if the damage exceeds $100 USD).
    8. Smoking is not allowed in rooms or other non-smoking areas of the hotel.
    9. The use of body oils, sunscreen, creams, and foams in the pools, saunas, and jacuzzis of the suites.
    10. Holding parties or using devices with loud music in rooms.
  • Access to the Casino is subject to capacity limits and requires validating entry at the ticket office with an identity document (Chileans with their national identity card and foreigners with their passport).
  • In the event of any act that threatens the physical and/or psychological integrity of another person, whether a guest or staff member of the complex, the person will be asked to vacate the room.
  • The hotel may notify local authorities in the event of crimes or infractions defined in current legislation.

Regarding our parking
  • Parking is public and is subject to availability.
  • Availability of parking spaces is not guaranteed at all times.
  • Any use of the parking area is at the guest's own risk.
  • The establishment is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or belongings within the parking area.
